Just wanted to wish everyone out there a happy new years. Thanks for following my blog you blog followers out there, I wish you all the best. Be safe and get a DD, or stay home with your loved one. Know I appreciate your support, I for one am counting on a wicked awesome new year. Julie and I are getting hitched, and I think the 8 mos leading up to that event are going to be a wild ride. I expect that my 4th blog (hopefully starting tomorrow) will detail our adventures between here and there; and that it will be a captivating journey that she and I can revisit now and then. She is the love of my life, and I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with her. I hope the rest of you feel as lucky as I do.
Peace, love and a kickass 2010.

Aerosmith - Boogie Man
So, I've known since college that Joe Perry was a Peter Green fan; this track sealed it for me. It, for me is very derivative of albatross (which I have also provided a link to). Just very slow, spacey guitar, but of course the Joe Perry track is an instrumental, whereas albatross was a vocal and actually a chart topper for Fleetwood Mac and Peter Green in the later 60's.
The Visitor - Mick Fleetwood
So, in the process of listening to the visitor currently. Will have a review soon; I realize that this album is $70 as an import, and no one will pay that, but thought I would post the link anyway. This album was one I've been looking for for some time as it's been out of print. Essentially Mick Went to Ghana in 1981 after Mick Fleetwood (but before Paul Simon and Graceland) to record this album.
More details as I review.
